A Physical PuddingStore?..

In theory, it is possible.

Ever since I started this webpage, back when it was "thePuddingStore.com" I wanted to make it more. But, what to do? Then, once the address was lost, and we were forced on to Geocities (and eventually, Brinkster), the hope of something more was kinda lost. That is until the 1st Anniversary Show in the summer of 2001. I guess that's when the idea that alwasy was in the back of my head became an actual possibility.
The idea: a physical PuddingStore. A place where the PuddingStore could actually be visited in person. But, what would such a place be like? Well, in my head it kinda works like this, I suppose:
- it would have a coffeeshop/cafe in it, and also have puddings (of course). This would be the "main/business" side of it, I suppose.
- a stage. I think it would be a really cool idea to have shows in a coffeehouse type setting. I kinda see a "Maple Leaf" like setting, but all ages, so it'd be a bit better for that. Or, like the "Bean Bank" only with shows and stuff. Not just acoustic shows either. I'm talkin' full shows with bands and such. This in itself would be good, because it would provide a regular place to have shows that will (hopefully) be right downtown (in Sydney, of course.. this would never even start to work in Peterborough).
- the stage could also be used for: plays, comedy shows, improv shows, rehersal space, etc. It will just be a stage that anyone could use. Werd.
- the good ol' t-shirts. I like making those t-shirts, and when I made that whole lot of them, they actually sold really well, so yeah. That would be pretty much the only place I could think of selling them at, so why not?
- the birth place of the eventual "PuddingStore Magazine." (well, this one'll probably happen at some point anyways, but who knows? What better a place to start it?!)
- I can't think of a job I'd have more fun doing (other than playing Anakin Skywalker in Episode III... stupid Hayden Christenson... he'll get his!) so yeah, I figure I have not a whole lot to lose in trying.

Well, there you have it. I'm sure I'll get more ideas for it over time, and some points of it will change. I really want to do it at some point in the near future. I'm really considering looking into what I will need to get a business loan once I back to CB and work some more on my degree. Hell, I've even been considering working on a business degree if that will help.

Who knows what will happen with this idea? Maybe nothing, but maybe a whole lot. I myself, really hope it leans more towards the latter. Any ideas, feedback and/or help from you guys would be really awesome, as it would be just as much your PuddingStore too.
